Cigna has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Cigna’s customer service. It’s hard to say if it’s due to their outsourcing practices, but I’ve never faced so many problems with a company since I started using them as my insurance provider. Since Saturday, I’ve made seven calls to customer service, and it feels like they aren’t even hearing me. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience.
