Integrating EZLynx and AgencyZoom for Workflow Optimization
Are there any agencies here that have successfully combined EZLynx and AgencyZoom? We’ve relied on EZLynx for many years, and recently incorporated AgencyZoom as our automation solution. However, I’ve found that integrating the two can be a challenge.
Currently, we use Zapier to generate a lead in AgencyZoom whenever an applicant is created in EZLynx. Additionally, we have an application form through CognitoForms that triggers the creation of a lead in AgencyZoom and an applicant in EZLynx once it’s submitted. Beyond these steps, the interaction between the two platforms in our agency is quite limited.
