Issues with Liberty Mutual Right Track

I’ve been using the Right Track app for a month now, but recently I’ve encountered significant problems with my right leg, which has limited my driving. I’ve been monitoring my trips and marking myself as a passenger when applicable. So far, the app shows I’ve only driven 11 miles, which is correct, with my last driving date being February 10th. At that time, I was rated at 98, and all four metrics were in the excellent category. However, since I’ve stopped driving, my rating has dropped to 69, and three of the four metrics are now marked as poor. I double-checked to ensure there were no trips accidentally recorded while I was a passenger, and there weren’t. Has anyone else noticed their ratings decline despite not driving at all? It feels a bit like a scam.

  1. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the Right Track app. It sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with health problems and trying to provide accurate information. It’s concerning that your score dropped despite not driving, and it’s good that you’ve double-checked the trips to ensure they’re accurately recorded.

Many users have reported similar experiences with tracking apps, where strange fluctuations in scores can occur even when there hasn’t been any activity. I would suggest reaching out to Liberty Mutual’s customer support directly with your concerns. They might be able to provide an explanation for the drop in your rating or help correct any inaccuracies in the system.

In the meantime, make sure to keep track of your app’s metrics and document your trips just in case you need to dispute anything. You’re not alone in feeling this way; it can definitely feel like a zero-sum game when the app doesn’t reflect your actual driving habits accurately. I hope you get this sorted out soon!
