Some people prefer the convenience and speed of an online experience, as it allows for easy comparison of options and the ability to manage everything at their own pace. On the other hand, some might feel more secure and informed discussing their needs with a person directly, as it allows for personalized advice and a clearer understanding of the coverage they’re considering. Personally, I appreciate having the option for both—I like the convenience of online services, but also value the ability to speak with someone when I have more complex questions. How about you?
