I’ve heard mixed messages regarding State Farm’s forgiveness policy. The representative at the body shop mentioned that they do have one, especially since I haven’t had an accident in decades. However, my online searches indicate that they do not offer this policy. The damage amounts to approximately $4,000 due to my accident of backing into a telephone pole.
