Does anybody know or have had an awful experience with State Farm?

Has anyone else had a terrible experience with State Farm? I’m struggling with them right now. They’ve had my car in a body shop after a front-end collision, and while they fixed the exterior, they replaced parts that didn’t even need to be changed. When I finally went to pick it up, the car wasn’t drivable! We informed them that the stability track was malfunctioning after the crash, but they refused to address it and just told me to tow it to my dealership. To make matters worse, I can’t get through to their roadside assistance, and whenever I call, it’s like they have no record of my claim! How is that possible? They still have my car at the shop!
