Insurance shows claims that I have no recollection of, how can I figure out what they were to see if they’re legitimate?

I noticed that my Progressive Commercial Insurance profile lists two claims—one from 2019 and another from 2023—labeled as “personal comprehensive claims under $1000.” Unfortunately, I can’t recall these claims and I’m unsure if they could be impacting my premiums.
