Sircon application – help?

Need Help with Sircon Application

Hi everyone,

I recently finished my state and federal insurance exams and submitted my application, but I’m running into some issues.

When I clicked “Submit Payment,” I ended up on a blank screen with no confirmation email or number to verify my submission. I thought it might be an issue with my ad blocker, so I disabled uBlock Origin and refreshed the page, but it just brought me back to the payment screen.

Now, when I check my account, it only shows that the payment is “pending.”

Has anyone else experienced this? Am I going to need to submit a new application? I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks!
