AIS Insurance Inquiry
Has anyone enrolled in Mercury Auto through AIS? I’m curious about your experiences. I recently purchased insurance in San Diego, and AIS offered me the best rate for the coverage I wanted (much higher than the state minimums). It’s somewhat unusual for me that AIS is my main point of contact even though my insurer is Mercury, but it’s not a major concern. They’ve been very prompt and helpful whenever I’ve called about quotes or adding others to my policy.

Good communication is key, especially when it comes to insurance. Have you had a chance to file a claim yet, or is it mostly been about setting up the policy for now? It would be helpful to know how their support holds up in a claims situation too!
