I’m currently facing a frustrating situation with my insurance provider, Onlia, which has been unresponsive to my inquiries and requests for account changes over the past few months. I have both Auto and Home insurance policies with them and reside in Ontario, Canada.

However, despite numerous attempts to do so—including several support tickets and countless hours on hold—my policy remains active.
