Hi everyone,
I have a question about my STD/FMLA claim. In the claim summary, there’s a note saying “Benefit Approved Through Date” with a date of 3/04/2025, but the overall status is still showing as Pending. I’ve reached out multiple times for a callback from my case manager but haven’t heard back.
Can anyone explain what this might mean? Does the approval date indicate that my claim is approved, despite the Pending status?
