Humana Dental’s Policies are Frustrating!
I recently reached out to Humana Dental regarding a denied claim for a $482 filling. This filling was needed on a tooth that had an older partial crown which fell off and required recementing. I learned that their current policy states that if you have any type of crown—full, partial, or onlay—regardless of its age, they will not cover a filling for that tooth.

Have you considered asking for a review of your claim or speaking to a supervisor? Sometimes, escalating the issue can lead to a different outcome.
