Hey everyone! It’s me again. 😅 About three weeks ago, the trash truck driver accidentally damaged our gate while leaving our property.
After quite a bit of back and forth with claims adjusters and the trash company owner, we’ve learned that the company wasn’t adequately insured and doesn’t have coverage for incidents like this. So, here’s the latest…
My husband received a call from the trash company owner, who asked us to send over the estimate for the gate repairs, and he agreed to cover the costs. They had a great conversation, during which we mentioned that we’ve really appreciated their service over the past two years and have even referred at least ten friends to them. In a nice turn of events, they’ve decided to meet up for coffee sometime since they’re both small business owners in our small town.
It’s great to hear that the situation with the trash company is resolving itself, even if it took some time and effort on your part!
