I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Cigna’s customer service. I’m not sure if it’s due to their overseas outsourcing, but I’ve faced more issues with them than with any other company. Since they became my insurance provider, I’ve made about seven calls to customer service since Saturday, and it feels like they aren’t even listening to me.
It’s truly disappointing.
