Claim has taken 2 months to this point and ZERO update.

It’s been two months since I filed my claim with Allstate Insurance, and I haven’t received any updates.

Here’s my situation: I was involved in a collision with my truck – I was driving slowly, hit a patch of black ice, and crashed into a transformer box (you know, those green boxes often found in residential areas). Unfortunately, my truck is totaled.

Since filing the claim, I’ve reached out 3-4 times a week and sent 2-3 emails weekly, but I’ve received no response.
