Feedback on VSP Vision Insurance

I’m interested in hearing about other people’s experiences with VSP. I’ve had their insurance through my employer for many years, but it seems to be declining in quality. I recently picked up a pair of glasses from an optical shop, but I can’t see clearly through them. To make matters worse, VSP claims they don’t offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, even though it’s stated on their website! The optical shop is willing to take the glasses back and reset this year’s eyeglass benefit for use at a different location, but they won’t refund my copays, so I’ll have to pay again at another shop. I’m really disappointed with VSP’s customer service; I’ve spoken to them over ten times and still don’t know what to do. Any thoughts or suggestions?
