Experiencing a flat tire on the highway is never a pleasant situation, especially when you’re not fully informed about the costs involved in getting help. Fortunately, after reaching out to Progressive to explain my concerns, I received a positive outcome. They promptly refunded the $148 fee, which provided some relief amidst the confusion.
