Unraveling My Insurance Fees: Did I Overpay for Towing Services?

This decision ultimately resulted in an additional payment of $400.

Given that the app’s suggested tire shop was unavailable, I felt as if I had unnecessarily parted with money that could have remained in my pocket had I opted to arrange my own towing service from the outset.
