Leaving Country Financial after less than a month. Avoid them!

Parting ways with Country Financial after less than a month—strongly advise against them! I recently obtained Home and Auto insurance, but they messed up my Auto policy, leaving me unable to access my account online. They claim I need to contact the local agent assigned to me, but this agent never returns my calls or picks up the phone. It’s frustrating that a representative from another state can set up my account, yet any issue requires assistance from a local agent who is unresponsive.
