Liberty Mutual Right Track issues

Issues with Liberty Mutual Right Track

I’ve been using the Right Track app for about 30 days, but I’ve encountered some serious problems lately. I recently started experiencing significant issues with my right leg, which has limited my driving. I’ve been checking all my trips and confirming that I was a passenger during those times. The app shows that I’ve only driven a total of 11 miles, which is correct—my last driving date was February 10th. After that last trip, I received a rating of 98 and all four metrics were excellent. However, since then, even though I haven’t driven at all, my rating has dropped to 69, with three out of four metrics now marked as poor. I double-checked to ensure that no trips where I was a passenger were mistakenly recorded, and there were none. Has anyone else experienced a drop in ratings despite not driving? It feels like a scam.

  1. It sounds really frustrating to experience such a drastic change in your Right Track rating despite not driving at all. It’s understandable that you’d feel this way, especially given that you’ve been diligent about marking your trips correctly. It’s possible that the app’s algorithm is interpreting inactivity in a way that negatively impacts your score, which doesn’t seem fair considering your circumstances.

Have you reached out to Liberty Mutual’s customer service for clarification? They might be able to provide insight into how ratings are calculated and address any potential issues with the app. It’s definitely worth getting to the bottom of this, as it can feel disheartening when your driving score doesn’t reflect your actual behavior. I hope you find a resolution soon!
