No sign of my insurance check in the mail

I won the claim, and they issued a check to me on February 3, 2025, which they said was mailed that same day. However, as of today, February 26, it still hasn’t arrived. I called their customer service last week, and they mentioned it normally takes about two weeks to arrive, but that it can depend on how long the postal service takes. Now it’s been almost three weeks, and I’m getting really anxious.
