Liberty Mutual Right Track issues

Issues with Liberty Mutual Right Track

I’ve been using the Right Track app for a month now, but I’ve recently encountered some significant issues. Due to severe problems with my right leg, I haven’t been able to drive much at all. I’ve been diligent about checking each trip and marking myself as the passenger. The app reflects that I’ve only driven 11 miles, which is correct—my last drive was on February 10th. Following that trip, I received a rating of 98, with all four metrics in the excellent range. However, since then, despite not driving at all, my rating has dropped to 69, and three out of four metrics are now marked as poor. I double-checked to make sure no trips where I was a passenger were recorded incorrectly, and they weren’t. Has anyone else experienced a similar decline in their rating even without driving? This feels suspicious.

  1. It sounds really frustrating to have such a significant drop in your rating despite not driving. Given that you’ve been mostly a passenger and have been diligent about marking your trips, it’s understandable that you’d expect your rating to reflect that accurately. Sometimes, apps can misinterpret data or have glitches, which may explain the drop.

It might be worth reaching out to Liberty Mutual’s customer service to explain your situation in detail. They may be able to investigate the issue further and correct any inaccuracies in your driving data. You’re not alone in facing issues with telematics apps—many users have reported similar concerns. Keeping thorough records of your trips is a good idea, too, as it can support your case when addressing these issues with customer support. Hopefully, this can be resolved soon!
