6. Overall, I was happy with the process and the results. The claims adjuster was prompt in assessing the damage from a roof leak, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I had to have my roof replaced and some interior water damage repaired. The repairs took about two weeks, and the quality was excellent—no leaks since, and the interior looks as good as new. I appreciated their transparency and support, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle!
