Alfa Reimbursement Issue
I recently moved from Alfa to a different insurance provider and was expecting a refund for my homeowners insurance. Instead of issuing the check to me as they should have, they inadvertently sent it to the wrong department at my mortgage company, following company policy. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with Alfa? If so, how did you resolve it?
