Has anyone else had a terrible experience with State Farm? My car has been at a body shop since a front-end collision, and while they repaired the exterior—even things that didn’t need fixing—they returned it to me in an undriveable condition. We informed them about the stability track issue right after the accident, but they refused to address it, telling me to tow the car to my dealership instead. Now I’m struggling to reach their roadside assistance, and when I call, it’s as if they have no record of my claim! How is that possible when they still have my vehicle?
Does anybody know or have had an awful experience with State Farm?

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with State Farm. It sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with a situation like that, especially when you’re relying on them for support after an accident. It’s concerning that they didn’t address the stability track issue, and I can understand how frustrating it must be to not be able to reach their roadside assistance. Have you considered escalating the issue by asking to speak with a supervisor or contacting their customer service through social media? Sometimes, raising your concerns publicly can prompt faster responses. I hope you’re able to get your car back and resolved soon!
