Has anyone recently navigated the AFCA/ombudsman process? I received a preliminary decision in my favor from my AFCA case manager, but the insurance company has rejected it. Now, it needs to be reviewed by a panel or the ombudsman. I’m curious about the current waiting times. I’ve already asked my case manager, but he doesn’t have that information.
