Has anyone recently gone through the AFCA/ombudsman process? I received a preliminary decision from my AFCA case manager that was in my favor, but the insurance company has rejected it. Now, it must be escalated to a panel or the ombudsman. I’m wondering about the current waiting times. I’ve already asked my case manager, but he doesn’t have that information.
