Cigna has the worst customer service of any company I have ever used

Cigna has the most frustrating customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’m not sure if it’s due to the outsourcing of their support, but since they became my insurance provider, I’ve faced countless issues. I’ve made seven calls to customer service since Saturday, and it feels like they aren’t even paying attention to my concerns. It’s incredibly disappointing.
