Claims Process Update: 2 Months and Still No News

Hey everyone! I could really use some advice. I’m currently with Allstate Insurance, and two months ago, I filed a claim after my truck was totaled in an accident. I was driving slowly when I hit a patch of black ice and crashed into a transformer box (those green boxes you often see in neighborhoods).

Since submitting my claim, I haven’t received any updates. I’ve been reaching out 3-4 times a week by phone and sending 2-3 emails weekly, but it feels like I’m hitting a brick wall.

I’m starting to wonder if claims typically take this long. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any suggestions on what to do next, I would really appreciate your input!
