EZLynx and AgencyZoom Workflow Integration
Are there any agencies out there that are utilizing both EZLynx and AgencyZoom? We’ve been loyal EZLynx users for several years, but we’ve recently integrated AgencyZoom as our automation tool. I’m interested to learn how you fit both into your workflow, as I’ve found they don’t seamlessly connect.
So far, we’ve utilized Zapier to generate a lead in AgencyZoom whenever an applicant is created in EZLynx. Additionally, our application form through CognitoForms triggers the creation of a lead in AgencyZoom and an applicant in EZLynx after submission. However, aside from these connections, our interaction between the two platforms is quite minimal.
I’d love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have for using them in tandem!
I can see how integrating EZLynx and AgencyZoom can be a bit tricky. It sounds like you’ve made some good progress with your current setup using Zapier and CognitoForms!
In our agency, we also faced similar challenges when we first started using both platforms. Here are a few more ideas that might help enhance the integration between EZLynx and AgencyZoom:
Automated Follow-Up: We use Zapier to automate follow-up emails based on actions in AgencyZoom. For instance, when a lead is converted in AgencyZoom, we trigger an email sequence that checks in with clients after a certain period, which can also create tasks in EZLynx for our agents to follow up.
Reporting Dashboards: We pull data from both EZLynx and AgencyZoom into a reporting dashboard using tools like Google Sheets or Airtable. This way, we can manually ensure that leads are flowing properly between both systems and spot any issues promptly.
Task Creation: We’ve set up Zaps that create tasks in AgencyZoom when specific actions happen in EZLynx, like when a policy is renewed. This keeps our team in sync across both platforms.
Custom Fields: Make sure any custom fields in EZLynx that are important for your workflows are matched up in AgencyZoom. This can help maintain data consistency and improve tracking across the two systems.
Feedback Loop: We regularly evaluate our workflows and seek feedback from our team on what’s working and what isn’t. Based on that feedback, we tweak our Zaps or add additional integrations to better meet our needs.
I’d love to hear more about your experience with Zapier and any other integration tips you might have discovered! It’s definitely a journey to find the right balance between the two platforms.
