Departing from Country Financial after less than a month—steer clear of them!
I recently signed up for Home and Auto insurance, and they completely messed up my Auto policy. Now, I can’t access my account online and have to rely on the local agent they assigned to me, who never returns calls or responds to messages. It’s unbelievable that someone from another state can set up my account, but to correct their mistake, I have to wait for a local agent who is unreachable.
