Considering a career with Primerica

I recently heard from a recruiter at Primerica and am contemplating starting my career there. I’ve always wanted to obtain my state life insurance license (LLQP) and the SIE/Series 6 certifications, and it looks like Primerica offers an excellent opportunity along with classes to support that. Although I’ve come across claims that they’re an ‘MLM’ company, I’ve also read that this isn’t the case. Additionally, they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I’m curious about the negative perceptions surrounding the company, especially since it seems like a solid place to launch my career. Any insights?
