MetLife FMLA/STD Inquiry
Hi everyone!
I have a question regarding my STD/FMLA claim. In the claim summary, there’s a note that says “Benefit Approved Through Date” with the date 3/04/2025, but the overall claim status still shows as Pending. I’ve reached out multiple times to my case manager for clarification but haven’t received a callback.
Does this mean my claim has been approved? I’m curious about why the benefit date would be updated, yet the claim status remains Pending.
