Haven’t received a bill yet but…

I haven’t received my bill yet, but I know it’s coming. I was taken by ambulance to a facility after expressing thoughts of self-harm, and I’m worried about what the costs will be. Is there any way I can negotiate for a discount or some assistance once the bill arrives?
