I’m facing an issue with my hospital bills. The billing department claims that my insurance has covered all charges and that I have no outstanding balances. However, my insurance provider, United, shows that I do owe money to the hospital. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times to confirm but haven’t received any bills. Should I just let this go? I’m really confused and concerned about potentially receiving a large bill after my HRA access expires.
