Hi Team,

If I get ‘ghosted’ by an adjuster, how can I find their manager’s contact information to reach out via email? This is specifically for Travelers in the Mid-Atlantic Region, USA.

I’ve yet to receive any reimbursement for my personal property following a fire, despite multiple attempts to follow up with them. Thank you!
