AFCA Update

Has anyone recently gone through the AFCA/ombudsman process? I received a preliminary decision in my favor from the AFCA case manager, but the insurance company has rejected it. Now, it will need to be reviewed by a panel or the ombudsman. I’m curious about the waiting times for this next step. I’ve reached out to my case manager for information, but he wasn’t sure. Any insights would be appreciated!
