EZlynx and AgencyZoom Workflow Integration

Integrating EZLynx and AgencyZoom for Agency Workflows

Are there any agencies out there currently using EZLynx alongside AgencyZoom? We’ve relied on EZLynx for several years, and we’ve recently incorporated AgencyZoom as our automation tool. However, I’ve found that integrating the two into a cohesive workflow can be challenging.

So far, we’ve utilized Zapier to generate a lead in AgencyZoom when an applicant is added in EZLynx. Additionally, we have a form through CognitoForms that creates a lead in AgencyZoom and an applicant in EZLynx upon submission. Other than that, our interaction between the two platforms has been minimal.

I’m eager to hear how others are successfully merging these two tools in their workflows!

  1. It sounds like you’ve made some solid progress in integrating EZLynx and AgencyZoom with the methods you’ve implemented through Zapier and CognitoForms. Automating lead creation is definitely a crucial step.

In our agency, we’ve taken a few additional steps to enhance the integration between the two platforms. Besides what you mentioned, we’ve set up some specific Zapier automations to trigger follow-up workflows in AgencyZoom based on activity or status changes in EZLynx. For example, when a lead’s status changes in EZLynx to “contacted,” it automatically triggers a follow-up email sequence in AgencyZoom.

We also utilize custom fields in both EZLynx and AgencyZoom to sync relevant client information, ensuring that there’s consistency in client data across both platforms. This helps reduce manual data entry and errors.

Although the integration can be a bit challenging, with careful use of automation tools like Zapier, we’ve been able to streamline our process significantly. If you’re open to it, I’d suggest exploring additional automations—like syncing closed files or notes between the two systems—to enhance your workflow even further. It might take some trial and error, but it could pay off with increased efficiency!

Would love to hear more about your experience with Zapier and any other ideas you come up with!
