Landlord as Additional Insured on Renter’s Insurance
My landlord has informed me that they require being listed as an “additional insured” on my renter’s insurance policy, rather than just an “interested party,” as stated in our lease agreement. However, I’ve found that Geico, State Farm, and Citizens don’t offer this option. Can anyone recommend insurance companies that do allow landlords to be listed this way?
